1. The center releases necessary quantity of marks to economic agents-manufacturers for a payment on the basis of the order, for a party of the alcoholic production intended for export which is a subject to pouring and testing.

2. For date of reception of the order the Center represents the applicant the account on payment.

3. The center gives out to the applicant of mark after presentation of following documents: a) the order for purchase of mark in which the name and volume of a party of alcoholic production for which the mark is got is underlined; b) the information on the distributor on a foreign market, confirmed by copies of contracts on delivery; c) the document on payment which confirms payment of mark; d) the identification card of the representative of the economic agent and, if necessary, the power of attorney; e) a copy of the license for the right of activity in the field of manufacture and a turn of alcoholic production. Copies of documents are represented together with their original for comparison and vising then originals come back to the applicant.
